At Rhouge, we aim to make delivery expectations clear so you always know when to expect your order. This policy outlines how and when we ship, as well as what to do if a delivery issue occurs. We currently provide free shipping across USA and Canada on all orders.

Shipping Coverage

We ship orders to customers located within USA and Canada only.

Delivery Times

  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) start processing the next business day.

  • Handling Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Transit Time: After shipment, delivery typically takes 6 - 8 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: The expected delivery timeframe is approximately 7 - 10 business days from the date the order is placed.

Carrier Services

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx for deliveries within the United States.
  • We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx for deliveries within Canada.
  • Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All USA and Canadian orders qualify for free shipping. No minimum purchase is required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your order on our Order Tracking page.

Delivery Issues
